We are Gary and Stephanie Payne. Our farm is located in north central Texas just south of Mineral Wells, TX. We have quality Dorper Sheep for Sale year round.

We offer fullblood and purebred Dorper Sheep for Sale in Texas. Dorpers are a meat sheep that are easy keepers and fast weight gainers. They shed their hair/wool combination covering so usually don't require shearing. They are non-seasonal breeders so we almost always have Dorpers for Sale. Please look at the Sheep for Sale page for what is currently available.

Being located in the central Texas area near the Dallas / Ft. Worth metroplex allows us the opportunity to offer Dorper Sheep for Sale in Texas as well as all surrounding states including Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and New Mexico. January 30, 2004 - July 30, 2013

For over nine years Dru was Gary's #1 dog at home and on the trial field. She loved to help him work sheep, goats, and cattle. From the novice class at the Ft. Worth Stock Show to the USBCHA Finals - it was a great nine years! Although cancer took her from us much, much too soon she left us with hope and help for the future in her pups (Colt, Cord, & Gail). Thank you Dru.

Queen spent most of her 15 1/2 years with us. She was one of Gary's "go to" dogs for cattle, goats & sheep. While she loved to work cattle, she could turn right back around and work ewes with lambs (pushing the lambs with her nose). She left us Cass (by Cliff) to continue her strong work tradition. Thank you Queen.

Meg is a very nice Canadian bred bitch trained to the Open level. She came to us from Norm & Vickie Close. Her breeding goes back to Kathy Knox's Ettrick Bob (USBCHA Finals Champion) and Norm Close's CV Joe (Canadian Finals Champion). She is the mother of Mae sired by Imp. Kemi Nip.

Imp. Kemi Nip

Nip was imported as a puppy from Kevin Evans in Wales. His sire, Spot, is a litter mate to Kevin's International Supreme Champion, Mirk. Spot also has several championships in his trial history. Nip is used here on our place to help move sheep and goats. He is the sire of some very promising young dogs out of Gail (Kip & Cap - grandsons of Dru) and Mae (born May, 2016) out of Meg.
